CINDY HOFFMAN - Purchasing, Planning, Sales & Inventory Analysis
Attached are a few samples of both current and past spreadsheets I created for analysis of different products and services.

This report represents a program I designed with the help of our IT department.  It analyzes turns by style and size taking into account inventory levels and rental uses. It was used to recommend transfers based on specific parameters.  This allowed for a quick analysis of the distribution centers inventories and needs.

With many classifications of footwear, this report was used to study category trends by store based on inventory levels, sales, and sell thru percentages. It compared the stores performance by category to the overall chain's performance. This report could be sorted to find top selling stores by category and sell thru and was used for replenishment, transfers, and future store orders.

The Vendor Analysis report was created to study which vendors were profitable based on turns and margins and used for future
order placement.

This report is the yearly financial report detailing the monthly plans, actual figures, and last year results for Sales, Expenses and Margins.  This format was used for each category and rolled up to a total year. Analysis of peak months per category was crucial in controlling expenses and growing the business.

Studying the sales by category on a monthly basis allowed opportunities to target higher margin projects.

For marketing purposes, I created a sales by city report to better target our customers for sales opportunities.  We were able to zone in on areas of the city and target our marketing efforts accordingly.
